1. Returns Eligibility

 Accepted:

  • Unused, unopened, or defective items (with tags & original packaging).

  • Within 14 days of delivery 

 Not Accepted:

  • Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved products).

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked "Non-Returnable").

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., skincare, underwear).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email  lawenzaofficial@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name + reason for return

    • Photos (if defective/damaged)

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within  2 business days.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • Pack items securely (use original packaging if possible).

    • Include the RMA number on the package.

    • Ship to: makkah market

⚠️ Note: Returns sent without approval may be rejected.


3. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 2  business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (or store credit if preferred).

  • Deductions:

    • Return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty/wrongly shipped).

    • Restocking fees (if applicable; e.g., missing tags).


4. Exchanges

Need a different size/color? Here’s how:

  1. Return the original item (follow steps above).

  2. Place a new order on our website.

  3. Email us to request a price-match if the new item costs more.


5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Contact us within 14  days of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
