Due to the nature of jewelry items and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

💔 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Order number

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling

  • Color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

💰 Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
